Giorgi has more than fifteen years of experience in governance reform, public service design and delivery, service quality management and institutional quality and result-based management, democracy development, public administration and trust, public policy and state institution policy and strategy development, incl. e-governance and self-governance; Strong technical and process related experience in managing policy reforms to strengthen national and local government accountability and performance; - Proven leadership, program design and program management skills, incl. monitoring and evaluation; Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relations with high-level officials and business representatives at national and sub-national levels, negotiating activity plans and projects to support implementation of policy change.
